Replacement Policy

Blue Luster CZ items are covered by a lifetime guarantee. An item may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturing defect and must be accompanied by original guarantee slip. THIS GUARANTEE IS NOT INTENDED TO COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. Merchandise returned for exchange or replacement under this guarantee is subject to a shipping and handling fee of $8.00 per item. NO REFUNDS.

Sterling Essence and Next Generation items are covered by a Replacement Certificate and may be returned for replacement at any time for any reason per the following schedule based on catalog prices at finishingtouchczjewelry.com.

$75 & under - you pay $9.95
$76 to $200 - you pay 19.95
$201 & above - you pay $29.95

A returned piece will be replaced with the same item. If the item is no longer in inventory, an item of similar appearance and equal or greater value will be substituted. NO REFUNDS
